The Certificate of Origin is the document that confirms the authenticity of a JERZY DROZD and states its legitimate owner. It also serves as a Warranty Certificate. The Extract from the Archives is the document that provides you with the instrument's technical information that we have been carefully compiling and filing in our archive journals since the day master luthier Jerzy Drozd started its design.
The Extract from the Archives is a document which provides you with the meticulously kept information of your JERZY DROZD Creation registered in the JERZY DROZD Archives. This document shows the information contained in our archive journals. It describes the instrument type (if it is or not an Exceptional Creation, collection, model, number of strings), its specifications, the date of completion, and – if applicable – supplementary information (such as any modifications executed by JERZY DROZD).
If a modification was performed by JERZY DROZD and recorded in our journals, the Extract from the Archives will describe the state of the instrument when it first left our Atelier, as well as the subsequent modifications.
The Certificate of Authenticity of a JERZY DROZD can only be requested by its present owner.
Anyone can request an Extract from the Archives.
The only way to request a Certificate of Origin or an Extract from the Archives is by filling the JERZY DROZD Register that you will find below.
